Today, on August 10, air traffic between Russia and the resort cities of Turkey (Antalya, Bodrum and Dalaman) started again.
The airport of the tourist capital of Antalya today will have to accept 64 flights from three cities of the Russian Federation: Moscow, St. Petersburg and Rostov-on-don.
The first flight from Moscow Sheremetyevo airport arrived in Antalya at 03: 25 local time. The number of passengers was 519. Despite the fatigue after the night flight, tourists were insanely happy to fly back to their favorite resorts.
According to Russian tour operators, after the Russian government announced the resumption of flights between the countries, tickets for flights were sold out almost immediately.
Rosaviatsia listed the airlines that plan to resume regular and Charter flights between Russia and Turkey from today:
- from Moscow to Antalya will fly: "AEROFLOT", "SIBERIA", "URAL AIRLINES", "ROYAL FLIGHT", "WIN", "ICARUS", "THE RED WINGS", "NORTH WIND", "TROPICAL AIR", "RUSSIA", "AI FLY»;
- from Saint Petersburg: "RUSSIA", "NORTH wind", "RED WINGS", "AI FLY", " URAL AIRLINES»;
- from Rostov-on-don, the same air carriers will go to Turkey as from Saint Petersburg, except for ROSSIYA airlines.
Despite the fact that Russian citizens in Turkey are promised a safe holiday for their health, the country's authorities still strongly ask them to follow all precautionary measures. First of all, this is a social distance and mask mode.
