Large-scale project of villas for citizenship of the Republic of Turkey in the Tepe area

All villas will be delivered with full finishing and a full package of Franke or Siemens household appliances. Each villa will have Mitsubishi or Daikin air conditioners, as well as underfloor heating. The flooring will be made of marble and ceramic tiles, and the bathrooms will be fully equipped. High-quality materials will be used in construction.

The infrastructure of the villa complex includes 24-hour security with video surveillance and an open parking lot for cars. Residents will also have access to a 40 m² indoor swimming pool, a 50 m² fitness room, a cinema, a Roman steam room, as well as a sauna and hamam. The initial payment is 35%, installments are available until the end of construction. All villas in this project are eligible for citizenship of the Republic of Turkey.
