Cesme is located in the very west of Turkey, near the city of Izmir, on the Aegean coast, opposite the Greek island of Chios. This place is not very popular among foreign tourists, but it has long been loved by the locals.
Once upon a time, the Greek city of Krini flourished on the territory of the Cesme resort in Turkey, so the influence of this culture was reflected in the architectural structures.
The beaches of Cesme deserve special attention, they are the longest on the Aegean coast and stretch for 29 km and are all famous for amazing landscapes, fine soft sand and the purest sky-blue water.
The sea around Cesme is so clean and clear that it is ideal for diving. A certain combination of air currents attracts sailing enthusiasts.

Altinkum is located 10 kilometers south of the city center and resembles the Maldives. The beach is located in a beautiful bay, reliably protected from the wind, it pleases tourists with the absence of waves.
Pirlanta beach is called "diamond" because the sand shines like this gem here. Known for strong, constant and rushing winds and huge waves, this is just the perfect destination for experienced surfers.
Since 2000, the beach has been a new center for such an extreme sport as kiting, for which special equipment is provided for hire and certified instructors work here to train beginners.
Three kilometers from Cesme, there is a two-kilometer and very picturesque Ilyca beach, known for its white, fine sand and warm mineral springs gushing from the bottom of the sea. These mineral springs have turned Ilyca into one huge thermal pool.
