According to the REIDIN-GYODER real estate appraisal index, 7.53% of home sales in new buildings from well-known brands erected by developers with a "name", where the name of the company has already become a brand for buyers, a kind of "quality mark" - is accounted for by foreigners.
Such data was provided by analysts for March 2021. The portal Emlakkulisi, with reference to the data published in the rating, specifies that the share of foreigners preferring new buildings under the brand of a certain developer company has increased.
Some more interesting indicators: according to REIDIN-GYODER, the increase in the value of branded new buildings in March 2021 was 5.99% more than in the same period of 2020.
As for the priorities of homebuyers in such houses, 61.56% of investors purchased apartments in already completed buildings in March, and 43.13% - in projects still under construction.
