The newest legal expertise system in Turkey

Temmuz 30, 2021

Great news has come to the legal system. The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Turkey is introducing a system of legal expertise in order to secure procedures with real estate transactions. Quite recently, Ankara has already started to actively implement this system and very soon it will appear in Antalya and Istanbul.

The Ministry of Justice announced the successful launch of a new electronic system to identify incorrectly conducted transactions. The new innovative verification system allows you to quickly and accurately verify data, which qualitatively allows you to avoid errors, bureaucratic delays, long approvals and other situations that provide an opportunity and moment for illegal transactions. The service has been tested since the end of 2020 and is now ready for successful operation in the country.
