The reasons for the sharp growth in real estate in Alanya

The reasons for the sharp growth in real estate in Alanya

Kasım 18, 2021

In the new realities there was a sharp rise in prices. Representatives of the construction sector say that the reason for this is the rise in the cost of materials.

For example, the cost of iron, which was 6930 Turkish Lira (TL) per tonne in September, in just one month! increased to 8550 TL. In turn, cement rose in price by 10%, ceramics by 25%, furniture by 15%. Without these "tools" it is impossible to create comfortable housing, which, in Turkey, is always provided with a complete fine finish. By the way, today, the probability of finding an absolutely empty room, as is customary for the CIS countries, is very small.

President of the Turkish Federation of Realtors, Haji Ali Bayram, said: "Housing prices are already rising every week, supply shortages are a serious issue today."
