Grand plans for the development of the Gazipasa area.

Grand plans for the development of the Gazipasa area.

Ocak ayı. 13, 2023
The Gazipasa area, previously perceived only as a neighbor of Alanya and the city where the international airport is located, is changing before our eyes every day. Gazipasa is an area with excellent ecology, as it is surrounded by coniferous forests and orange groves. But there are no industrial facilities here. The majestic Taurus Mountains protect the area from cold winds, therefore, just like in Alanya, here are warm and short winters. Gazipasa has beautiful beaches with a comfortable gentle entrance to the sea and a lot of small bays with picturesque landscapes and turquoise sea water. There is also a municipal women's beach.
Gazipasa is included in the list of cities included in the state tourism development plan. The Turkish authorities are actively involved in the life of the city. By the beginning of the tourist season, it is planned to complete work to increase the area and expand the runway of the international airport.
Dozens of permits have been issued for the construction of prestigious residential complexes and various tourist facilities. The pace of development in the area is impressive. The largest developers have already begun to implement their ambitious projects.
It became known that the international hotel chains Rixos and Adam & Eva decided to build premium hotels on the first coastline in Gazipasa, which will certainly affect the investment attractiveness of the region for the better.
