International Gastronomy Festival in Turkey

The IV International Gastronomic Festival will be held in the southeast of Turkey.
According to the Gaziantep Municipality, the festival is held in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Turkey, the Gaziantep Governor's Administration and the Gaziantep Development Fund.
The sustainability and biodiversity event kicks off on Thursday 15 September with the harvest of pistachios and the making of the traditional şire (wider) grape juice sweet.
Next, there will be the opening of a cheese factory, as well as a museum of Raikha spices. As part of the opening ceremony of the festival, a cortege will pass through the streets of Gaziantep at 18.30, and at 19.30 the torch of the festival will be lit.
On the fields of the Gastroantep festival, a meeting of gourmets, coaches, nutritionists, food manufacturers, students of the faculties of gastronomy and culinary arts, representatives of the agricultural sector, suppliers and academics will take place.
A Geographical Indications Seminar, walks, museum visits, master classes for women and children will also be organized.
The documentary film "Köprü" (Bridge) will be screened.
The concert program will be performed by such famous musicians as Haluk Levent, Emirjan Igrek and Derya Ulug.
The festival will end on September 18th.
