Министр казначейства и финансов Нуреддин Небати сообщил, что в июле 2023 завершится льготный период, согласно которому арендодатели могли повышать арендную плату не более, чем на 25%.
Таким образом, в дальнейшем квартиросъёмщики и арендодатели будут договариваться о размере арендной платы без участия государства. "Данная мера была введена на 1 год после резкого скачка цен на жильё в связи с инфляцией и пандемией коронавируса и в июле этот период истекает", - добавил министр.
