Due to the sanctions, Tinkoff bank cards were no longer accepted when transferring funds from the Russian Federation to Turkey through the Golden Crown payment system. What options are available now? For the transfer, you can use the cards of the following banks:

MTS-Bank
UniCredit
Citibank
Home-Credit
Russian Standard
OTP
Ak Bars
Renaissance
BCS
Post Bank

Transfers can be received in cash in lira, euro and dollars at PTT Turkish post offices or transferred to a Turkish card. You can send no more than $5,000 per day.

Also, to use the Golden Crown service, you can issue Ozone and MTS-Bank cards online and make transfers using them.

Turkey's Finance Ministry to Reveal Names of Major Tax Debtors

Finance and Treasury Minister Mehmet Simsek said the names of taxpayers with tax arrears and fines of 5 million lira or more will be made public.
