İstatistikler: Kasım ayı için Türkiye'de emlak fiyatları endeksine ilişkin yeni veriler

Türkiye analitik ajansı REİDİN, 2023 yılının Kasım ayında emlak fiyat endeksine ilişkin verileri yayınladı. Verilere göre, konut fiyatları endeksi bir önceki aya göre% 3,09, 2022 yılının Kasım ayına göre% 86,46 arttı. Sadece son 5 yılda konut mülklerinin maliyeti% 870.8 artarken, kira bedeli% 1043.92 arttı.

2023 yılının Kasım ayında toplam 93.514 nesne satıldı. 2022 yılının Kasım ayında bu rakam 117.806 gayrimenkul oldu. Konut fiyatlarındaki artışın liderleri Antalya, Kocaeli ve Ankara'ydı.
