trKuzey Kıbrıs'ta Üretilen Peynirler Avrupa'ya İhraç Edilecek

Şubat 2023'te Avrupa Komisyonu, süt ve süt ürünleri üreticilerinin Kuzey Kıbrıs'ta süt ürünleri bağımsız denetim kuruluşu Bureau Veritas tarafından denetleniyor.
KKTC Sanayi Odası, çelima peynirine uygun çiğ süt üretimi için uygunluk belgesi alan çiftlik sayısının 11'e yükseldiğini ve yerel üretici Gülgün Süt Ürünleri'nin uluslararası PDO belgesi aldığını açıkladı.
KKTC Sanayi Odası Sertifikasyon Dairesi Başkanı Kemal Öztürk, "Önümüzdeki yılın başlarında Avrupa Birliği'ne peynir satmaya başlamayı planlıyoruz" dedi.
