At some point I burst into tears of anger - I was so fed up with officials - but we managed. Burak Bey was never late anywhere (in Turkey this is such a rarity), he was more worried than us, and was calm, without unnecessary show-offs, he himself did not know much, but he always tried to do it as quickly as possible, when something urgently needed to be paid or found out, he RAN, can you imagine?!
