We present to your attention a new project in the Esenyurt area. Esenyurt is an area of Istanbul province, located in its European part. The population of the district is about 625,000 people. Historically, the area was very popular with the Roma who moved here from the Balkans during the early 20th century. Later, the district was separated into a separate municipality, which gave it an impetus to development. In the late 90s, migrants from the Eastern regions of Turkey began to settle in the area. The infrastructure of the Esenyurt district is well developed. The district shares borders with the following districts of Istanbul, Büyükçekmece, beylikdüzü, Avcılar, Basaksehir, Arnavutkoy. The complex has 240 apartments of different layouts: 1+1, 2+1, 3+1. The apartment size is from 78 m2 to 145 m2. The distance to Taksim is 40 minutes, to Ataturk airport 20 minutes, to the metro 10 minutes.
