Investment project in a developing area of Alanya

A new investment project began to be built in the developing area of the city - Demirtas. The area is just beginning to be built up, and therefore there is a lot of greenery and orchards. There are also practically no hotels and tourists, thanks to which it is very quiet and comfortable in Demirtas even during the holiday season. The construction of the project started in January 2023 and will end in February 2024, 650 meters from the Mediterranean Sea.
