Allowed to organize bazaars under lockdown conditions in Turkey

In connection with numerous protests by Turkish farmers across the country, who are losing harvests of fruits and vegetables due to the impossibility of selling goods during a complete lockdown, the authorities decided to pay attention to this problem.

The Turkish Ministry of Internal Affairs has sent out a circular to the governorates of 81 provinces, according to which local authorities will be allowed to organize bazaars twice before May 17, while observing some restrictions.
According to a document published by the Ministry of Internal Affairs on Tuesday, May 4, the market hours will be as follows:
Markets will be open on May 8 (Saturday) and May 15 (Saturday) from 10:00 to 17:00
You can only sell vegetables, fruits and seedlings (seedlings)
Sale of cleaning products, clothes, dishes, toys, jewelry, bags, etc. prohibited
Residents are allowed to go to the market closest to their place of residence
