Alanya continues to develop actively and every year the city administration pays more and more attention to improvement, making it more comfortable for local residents and, of course, tourists. Such changes will certainly affect the quality of life and, accordingly, property prices.
Alanya Municipality continues intensive work to improve infrastructure in various parts of the city. In particular, new roads are being laid in the Turkler, Payallar and Toslak districts, including a connecting "link" from the old road leading to Antalya to the D-400 highway (just in the Turkler region). This will simplify the "connection" of distant areas from the sea with the coast.
The Konakli area, one of the key tourist centers of Alanya, has also been modernized. In the last year alone, 30 thousand square meters of new paving stones have been laid here; the municipality continues to intensively plant greenery on the local streets. Not so long ago, by the way, Obu was also landscaped.
Alanya, one of the most popular resort cities in Turkey among foreign investors, continues to grow steadily prettier, thanks to the concerns of local authorities. One of the central streets in Mahmutlar is being renovated; the newly laid track fragments, in addition to greater convenience, are designed to save gasoline for residents and guests of the city.
