"Çukurova Development Agency will support 19 projects in Mersin worth 21 million liras

ÇKA, the Çukurova Development Agency (Çukurova Kalkınma Ajansı) will finance 19 projects in Mersin aimed at supporting young people in the region. ÇKA operates under the coordination of the General Directorate of Development Agencies of the Ministry of Industry and Technology.
The support program for young entrepreneurs includes interest-free loans, free business counseling, free technical support, etc.
Mersin Governor Ali Hamza Pehlivan said at the signing ceremony that ÇKA is doing important work in Adana and Mersin: "Today we will sign 19 projects under 5 programs which will receive support of 21 million liras."

Turkey's Finance Ministry to Reveal Names of Major Tax Debtors
Finance and Treasury Minister Mehmet Simsek said the names of taxpayers with tax arrears and fines of 5 million lira or more will be made public. Those who do not want to be on the list of "tax debtors" will have to pay off their debts by the end of September 2024. Taxpayers from earthquake-hit areas will be excluded from the measure.
