Meteorologist Professor Orhan Shen said that the first month of 2023 was the warmest month on record and promised a further increase in temperature starting from January 18, 2023. "Probably this week the record of the maximum air temperature of 18.8 degrees, recorded in Istanbul in 2010, will be broken," the professor added.
