enChina Eastern Airlines launched a direct flight between Shanghai and Istanbul

China Eastern Airlines started operating regular direct flights on the Shanghai-Stambul route on September 28. The agreement was signed in Shanghai thanks to the joint efforts of Turkish Airlines and China Eastern Airlines.
The flights will operate 3 times a week, connecting two world-famous cities and important aviation hubs. Flight MU703 departs Shanghai Pudong International Airport at 01:30 Beijing time every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and arrives at Istanbul Airport at 08:30 local time. The return flight MU704 will depart Istanbul Airport at 14:00 local time on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and land at Shanghai Pudong International Airport at 05:30 Beijing time the following day.

Turkey's Finance Ministry to Reveal Names of Major Tax Debtors
Finance and Treasury Minister Mehmet Simsek said the names of taxpayers with tax arrears and fines of 5 million lira or more will be made public. Those who do not want to be on the list of "tax debtors" will have to pay off their debts by the end of September 2024. Taxpayers from earthquake-hit areas will be excluded from the measure.
