January 12, 2024

Colife agency experts predict that in 2024 rent growth will be 15% for long-term and 20% for short-term rentals, even though in 2023 rent growth was 27% for long-term and 30% for short-term.

According to the Dubai Master Plan, the emirate's population will increase to 5.8 million people by 2040. At the same time, the flow of investors and employees is also growing due to the attractiveness of the region in terms of good living and business conditions. Demand, as you know, generates supply, so experts are confident in further rent growth.

1-bedroom apartments are the most popular among tenants - 36%, 2-bedroom apartments are interesting to 30% of tenants and 24% of residents prefer studios. If the tenant calculates a villa, then in 42% of cases it is a 3-bedroom villa and in 35% it is a villa with 4 bedrooms or more.
