The TRNC authorities are considering a proposal to allow foreigners to buy up to 3 properties and title them. Now each adult foreigner has the right to buy no more than 1 property.
It is still unclear how much this innovation will be of interest to investors, as in most cases they sell their purchased objects on the assignment of ownership, without spending extra money on title registration. However, for ordinary buyers who wish to acquire more than one apartment/villa in their personal possession, this law will certainly be of interest.
