The Ministers of Iraq, Turkey, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates signed a memorandum on the Development Path project in Baghdad. Experts assume that by the end of 2024, the growth trend will continue due to the competent policy of the UAE authorities, constantly improving infrastructure, flexible conditions for foreign investors and steadily growing demand for rental housing.
