The cultural and educational center in Mahmutlar is 60% complete

Alanya Mayor Adem Murat Yucel visited the construction site of the large-scale project and monitored the progress of works. "As I have always said, Mahmutlar neighborhood is in dire need of social facilities as it is the fastest growing neighborhood in Alanya. As of today, we have completed 60% of the project that started a year ago. All the rough works are finished. Soon the construction will be completed and our citizens will be able to visit our new cultural and educational center," he said.

The project is being implemented on more than 11 hectares of land and includes a multifunctional hall for 1200 people, a conference hall, a theater hall for 550 people, a wedding hall for 100 people, a 370 m2 foyer, a 165 m2 library, 24 spacious classrooms, a gymnasium, a covered parking lot for 120 cars, a canteen, rooms for teachers and managers, warehouses, technical rooms, a 1000 m2 open area with a canopy for weddings and other events, a plaza, a park and open parking lots.
