The Minister of National Education of Turkey has approved the new curriculum "The Century of Turkey"

The Minister of National Education, Yusuf Tekin, has approved the "Century of Turkey" education model, which has passed the approval procedure in the Council for Education and Discipline. The program, posted on the official website of the Ministry, will be implemented gradually from the beginning of the next academic year, starting with preschool institutions, grade 1 elementary school, grade 5 middle school and grade 9 high school.

67.284 Opinions and suggestions were submitted during the consideration of the draft. The program was submitted for approval by the Board of Education and Training after the relevant commissions carried out the necessary classification and evaluation. All comments and suggestions received on the draft of the new curriculum were reviewed by the Presidium of the Council of Education, after which the Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin approved the new curriculum. The "Century of Turkey" education model has passed all the stages and is now available on the website https://mufredat.meb.gov.tr .
