Alanya Municipality has approved a ban on demolition of old hotels for the construction of new residential buildings

Alanya Municipality has approved a ban on demolition of old hotels for the construction of new residential buildings

September 22, 2023

The issue of banning the demolition of hotels in order to build new residential buildings in their place has long been discussed by the city authorities and finally it was decided to ban the demolition of hotels in the center of Alanya, as well as in Obe, Kestel, Mahmutlar and Kargycak. From now on, it will be impossible to change the status of housing from tourist to residential.

To a greater extent, this ban applies to prestigious locations on the first and second coastlines. It is logical that the number of offers in these locations will be reduced, and the demand will grow, which will lead to higher prices for such objects. So, if you have been looking at real estate with a prestigious location for a long time, now is the time to start realizing your plans.
