Statistics: Turkey's residential real estate price growth index

According to the Central Bank of Turkey, the price growth index for residential real estate in June 2023 increased by 95.5% compared to the same month in 2022, and the increase in house prices adjusted for inflation amounted to 38%. Most of all real estate prices rose in Ankara - 106%, Izmir - 100% and Istanbul - 85.1%.

At the same time, Turkey became the leader in real estate price growth, the second and third places - North Macedonia and Croatia. At the moment, the average cost of one object is equal to 2 million 460 thousand liras, and the average cost per 1 m2 - 24600 liras (900 dollars).
