Turkey ranks 12th in the ranking, demonstrating significant progress in wind power development. The steady growth of capacity in this area underlines the country's commitment to strengthening its energy independence and reducing its carbon footprint.
The top 15 also includes leading European countries such as Germany and Spain.

Turkey s state-owned energy company Botas has signed a new long-term contract with France s TotalEnergies for the supply of 16 cargoes of liquefied natural gas (LNG) per year.
