Improving Road Safety in Mahmutlar: Pedestrian Buttons and Solar Lights

As part of a program to improve road infrastructure in Mahmutlar, pedestrian buttons to activate traffic signals have been installed at busy intersections. The initiative aims to ensure pedestrian safety and make crossing the busy D400 highway easier. It is not yet known if the buttons will be installed at all of the city's traffic signals, but even a partial installation is a meaningful step toward improving safety on neighborhood roads.

LED lights powered by solar panels were also installed on the Mahmutlar promenade. The new lights provide bright and even lighting, making walking along the promenade pleasant and safe even at night.
