A new municipal building will be built in Alanya

On June 12, a tender will be drawn for the construction of a new building of the municipality of Alanya. The existing building is no longer sufficient for full functioning, so there was a need to erect a more spacious and modern building. The project and design of the new municipality have already been developed and approved, as well as the location for construction has been determined.

The building with an area of 10,750 m2 will be located at Cumhuriyet Mahallesi Sarıkadıoğlu Caddesi in Oba district, it will consist of 4 floors and have two entrances on the east and west sides. Offices for reception of citizens and work with the population will be located on the ground floor, and the municipality itself will be located on the remaining floors. Underground parking is also provided.

In the new building, employees of the municipality will be able to provide services to residents more efficiently, taking into account all their needs. The construction of a new building of the municipality of Alanya is an important step to improve the urban infrastructure and the quality of services provided to citizens.
