The construction of residential buildings has been allowed again in the prestigious Alanya neighborhood after years of prohibition

September 26, 2023

Alanya Mayor Adem Murat Yucel announced that the construction of new buildings in Dinek, the central district of Alanya, has been allowed again. For almost 30 years, various legal battles had been going on which made it problematic to develop the area. Finally, the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization gave a positive response and allowed the construction of 4-storey buildings in the area.

Dinek, located along the hill at the entrance of Alanya, has excellent characteristics and a number of advantages such as: luxurious views of the sea and the city, proximity to the center of Alanya, Cleopatra Beach and all city infrastructure. At the same time Dinek is on the list of neighborhoods open for residence permits. We look forward to seeing more interesting projects in this prestigious and beautiful area of Alanya.
