In January 2023, exports to Turkey reached a historic high
According to the Statistical Office of Turkey (TUIK), in January, exports in the country increased by 10% compared to the same period last year and amounted to a record $ 19.375 billion. Imports increased by 20.7% and amounted to $ 33.6 billion, with the most goods imported from Russia ($5 billion).
Most of the Turkish goods were exported to Germany – $ 1.8 billion, the United States – $ 1.2 billion in second place and Russia – $ 1 billion in third place.
