Aysultan women's beach in Gazipasa will be reopened

Aysultan women's beach in Gazipasa will be reopened

July 11, 2023

Alanya Mayor Adem Murat Yucel announced the drawing of a tender to put Aysultan Beach back into operation.
Aysultan, a popular women's beach, has been closed for three years. It was originally opened in 2017 by Antalya Mayor Menderes Türel and was managed by the municipality until the end of 2018.
After Muhattin Bojek won the election in 2019, the contract expired. In turn, the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization did not hand over the management of the beach to the Antalya Municipality. Later, the beach was transferred to the MUÇEV Foundation, based in Mugla, and was left without proper care and attention. Finally, last year, the right to operate the beach was transferred to Alanya Municipality.

The tender, which will be held on July 17 at the Alanya Municipal Council meeting, offers a 3-year lease term and is worth 1 million 275 thousand liras excluding VAT. The area of the beach is 9,280 m2. The guaranteed fee to participate in the tender is 38,250 liras.

After the tender, it is expected that Aisultan Beach will once again become a popular place among women and they will be able to enjoy its charms and beauties.
