Calls from Turkish operators will be free for a month.
Vice President Fuat Oktay said that Turkish mobile operators will not charge for calls for a month after the earthquake. "Turk Telekom, Turkcell and Vodafone will provide all calls free of charge for one month from the moment of the earthquake," Mr. Oktay said.

The Vice President made a statement about the earthquake affecting 10 provinces: "At the moment, 18342 people are listed as dead, 74242 were injured, 72879 people were rescued. 29,622 specially equipped rescuers are working at the site, of which 6,479 are rescuers from 75 different countries that have supported Turkey.
