On February 6, at 4-17 am, a powerful earthquake occurred in Kahramanmarash. Due to the high magnitude (7.4 points out of 10), the earthquake affected nearby provinces - Kilis, Diyarbakir, Osmaniye, Adana and others. Hundreds of buildings in 10 provinces were destroyed. The exact number of dead and wounded is still unknown. The work of all emergency services has been activated. Search and rescue operations are continuing.
