Turkey is the world's eighth largest furniture exporter

Turkey is the world's eighth largest furniture exporter

September 14, 2020

According to data provided by the CSIL industrial research Center, Turkey ranked 8th in the list of countries that export furniture this year. In just one year, the Republic managed to bypass as many as six countries, because in 2019, Turkey managed to take only 14th place.

According to statistics, today Turkish furniture has gained the greatest popularity among residents of European countries and it is there that it is most in demand.

Turkish furniture has been able to gain popularity in the foreign market not only for its excellent quality, but also for interesting design solutions that take into account all the needs of customers.

By 2023, Turkey plans to become one of the world's top three furniture exporters. At the moment, the country's revenue from its exports totals just over $ 3.5 billion.

I would also like to note that the Turks themselves buy furniture abroad quite rarely, preferring domestic manufacturers.
