Registration of residence permit in Turkey

You will find many tempting reasons for moving to Turkey, from relatively low property prices to obtaining a residence permit in this beautiful country.
In addition to the list of documents, information about which will be presented below, there are important, but rather simple conditions.
First, you must be a CIS citizen and own an apartment in Turkey. Then you have every chance to get a residence permit in this territory. It is convenient that now the residence permit is issued for two years.

Secondly, you will need to wait from two weeks to two months while the residence permit is issued, but you do not have to be present in Turkey during this period. You will receive your document at the post office at the address where the property is located. Either you or your trusted person can collect the card.
Thirdly, you submit a ready-made package of documents for obtaining a residence permit in Turkey to the police department at the location of the property immediately after its registration.

List of what you need to prepare:
1. Photocopy of TAPU (certificate of ownership of real estate);
2. 4 color biometric photos 3x4;
3. Individual tax number (TIN) (drawn up in the tax office at the place of registration);
4. Extract from an account in a Turkish bank, confirming the availability of 6 thousand dollars (an amount equal to the minimum subsistence level of 500 dollars for each month of residence);
5. International medical insurance for the entire period of stay in Turkey (issued only on the territory of the Turkish Republic). It is possible to take out insurance, costing 40 dollars, which will cover all urgent cases of a person without chronic diseases 35-45 years old, in the first year of living in Turkey in one of the private companies. The price of this service has dropped by almost 5 times in recent years!

You can get state insurance for the second year of the residence permit. It will cost you about $ 100 for all family members. This insurance will cover all costs, including essential medicines.

The UAE prohibits the importation of unregistered or banned drugs, as well as medicinal herbs that may be authorized in the country of origin.
