- Is it true that housing prices are significantly lower in winter?
Perhaps this is one of the most popular questions, but no - housing pricing does not depend on the season. Sellers and developers do not have any prerequisites for this. Moreover, as everyone knows, with each stage of construction, developers, on the contrary, raise prices for their objects.
- Where exactly does the purchase and sale transaction take place?
Registration of the transaction takes place in the Cadastral office. When re-registering property rights, the buyer (or his representative with a notarized power of attorney to carry out this transaction) and the seller must be present. If the buyer is a foreigner, the presence of a sworn translator is a prerequisite. All operations are recorded in the unified cadastral register.
- How long does the TAPU take?
At the moment, the TAPU is the only document confirming the ownership, it can be issued within 3-5 business days. You must have: a foreign passport, a Turkish tax number, two color photos, receipts for payment of state duty and taxes.
- How many people can be entered in the Tapu?
To date, the law allows you to enter up to 10 owners in the Tapa. The size of the share of real estate owned by a particular owner is determined by buyers in advance and is prescribed in the TAPU.
- The property is registered for one, will other family members be able to get a residence permit?
Only the next of kin of the owner will be able to do this:
children under the age of 18;
spouse;
parents.

Иностранцы, владеющие недвижимостью на территории Турции, получили возможность оформлять туристический вид на жительство (ikamet) даже в том случае, если кадастровая стоимость квартиры ниже 200 000 долларов США. Controlled drugs include strong analgesics (e.g., morphine, codeine, fentanyl), psychoactive drugs (e.g., benzodiazepines, antidepressants, neuroleptics), stimulants (e.g., methylphenidate, amphetamines), sedatives and tranquillizers (for example, barbiturates, some sleeping pills). For the importation of controlled drugs, travellers must obtain prior authorization from Mohap and submit relevant documents in Arabic or English, Including a valid medical prescription and an authenticated certificate or authorization from the competent authority of the country of dispatch. Travellers may import prescription drugs for personal use for a period of no more than three months, provided they have an active medical prescription.
