We remind you that Turkish banks are quite willing to issue mortgage loans to foreign buyers of real estate. At the same time, it will not take much time for a foreign citizen - in General, it takes from three to five working days to get a mortgage loan.
List of documents that will need to be presented at the Bank:
-Foreign passport, as well as its notarized copy translated into Turkish;
- A document confirming the applicant's solvency: a certificate from the Bank about the cash flow on the account for a period of 6 months or more;
- Certificate of employment;
- Certificate of income from the place of work;
- Certificate of non-indebtedness, which will confirm that You have no debt obligations on the loan in Your country;
- Confirmation of your home address. A receipt from housing and utilities will do. The main thing is that it should be for a period of no more than six months. The receipt must include the applicant's full name and exact address.
! Private entrepreneurs must provide a personal income tax certificate.
If possible, we recommend that you confirm that you own any valuable property: a car, real estate, land plot, and so on. If you have additional earnings and if it is possible to document it, it is also advisable to provide data to the Bank - this will be a big plus for approving a mortgage loan.
All banks in Turkey give loans no more than 50% of the estimated value of the purchased housing.
