Real estate in the South of Turkey is getting more expensive the fastest
According to a report by the Institute of Statistics of Turkey (TUIK), real estate prices in the southern provinces increased by more than 30%. Today, the leader is still Antalya and all its regions-prices here have increased by more than 40% if compared with the same period last year.
In addition to the increased interest among foreign investors in Turkish real estate in the South of the country, experts note an increase in demand for housing in the southern cities of Turkey and among local citizens. The main reason for this "migration" is related to the coronavirus pandemic. Due to self-isolation and quarantine, most people now prefer to spend their time in more comfortable conditions on the Mediterranean coast. Also, preferences in choosing the type of property have changed - the demand for individual houses, as well as for villas, has increased.
