New hotel near Istanbul's largest airport

April 1, 2021

The new Istanbul Airport (İstanbul Havalimanı), which opened in October 2018, despite the difficult times for civil aviation due to the imposed restrictions on international flights, was able to win the status of the largest in Europe in terms of the number of flights received.

  • 76,852,600 passengers from April 2019 to January 2021
  • More than 100 airlines that use it
  • 291 shops are operating on the territory of the airport
  • About 350 destinations

In view of this, it was decided to build a new hotel in the Arnavutkei area. The area of the future project is impressive and amounts to 12 706 sq. M., According to the developer, the number of hotel rooms is still calculated by the designers.

Real estate market experts predict that this accommodation facility near the airport will be in demand among passengers; it is also worth noting that the need for additional hotel rooms is due, among other things, to the abundance of transit flights in Istanbul.

The hotel has pre-planned 126 rooms of different categories: single and double. Approximately 90% of the basic construction work has already been completed. The hotel is going to be commissioned by the end of 2021.
