Why is it so expensive? Or why is there a cheap property and an expensive one ?!
How often in a conversation with a potential client I hear: "Oh, it's expensive!" Let's see what is expensive and what is it eaten with?
Option 1. Too expensive compared to what?
You have to understand that “expensive” in sales is an abstract concept. You need to understand what you are comparing with. You are probably missing something.
Option 2. Do you really think so? Why?
We ask a question, and most often a person cannot answer it. Expensive, but it's unclear why. I have to explain why it costs so much.
Option 3. Yes, but you can lose more by choosing the cheaper option
For example, instead of new housing, choose a secondary one 15 years ago and do minor repairs all the time. Everyone knows that secondary housing requires constant investments, seemingly unnoticeable, ultimately resulting in major repairs.
Option 4. Did you live in an apartment of the same level?
If you have not lived in such an apartment, then its concept of "expensive", rather lies in the field of opinions, rather than fact.
And in conclusion, I would like to say that everything has a price! Let's say both Lada and Mercedes cars, but the difference in cost is huge. It probably doesn't even need to explain why J. The same is true with real estate. The cost of an apartment consists of:
1. The cost of the land. For example, land in Mahmutlar is much cheaper than land in the center of Alanya.
2. The presence or absence of infrastructure. An apartment of the same area cannot cost the same in a luxury complex and in an economy class project.
3. Cultivation materials. Of course, an apartment finished with better quality building materials is more expensive than the one that is finished with cheap ones.
4. An apartment that does not have a registration certificate or in a house built on a plot without a building permit is always much cheaper and the client has practically no way to find out about it.
