What makes Turkish facilities different from their Russian counterparts?

What makes Turkish facilities different from their Russian counterparts?

April 15, 2021

When starting to compare the real estate markets of these two countries, it is necessary to pay attention to such features of each as climatic, economic, political, socio-cultural. This material will introduce you to the main ones.

Apartments in Turkey have been and remain in demand among Russians and citizens of the CIS for many years, while Russian properties on the sea coast were inferior in competition until last year.

Investors' priorities were revised in 2020, when international borders were closed during quarantine, and I still wanted to go to the sea.

The cost of real estate on the Black Sea coast in Russia in 2020 increased by 30%.

This increase in prices was caused by two factors: the growth of the dollar and, as a result, the rise in prices for building materials.

The increased demand for real estate on the Russian Black Sea coast did not make Turkish properties less attractive for our compatriots.

What makes Turkish facilities different from their Russian counterparts?

Firstly, the average temperatures of the countries are different: the climate even in the southern regions of Russia is not as warm as in the northern regions of Turkey, and the resorts of the Antalya coast are all the more distinguished by hotter conditions.
Secondly, Turkey is promising in terms of small business and starting a business, since there are prestigious educational institutions, medicine here is at the highest level: dentistry, surgery, plastic surgery, a world-famous doctor who performs operations on face transplant is the only medical center of its kind in the world. ... The minimum wage and average pension are higher here, and food is cheaper than in southern Russian cities. This cannot fail to attract experienced investors who know that these factors affect the level of profitability of local housing.
It is also worth noting the friendliness of local residents regarding Russian-speaking tourists, even if you do not speak the language, you will always be assisted in any matter.

Fourth, modern residential complexes, regardless of their level, are rented out immediately in a fine finish, with equipped bathrooms and installed kitchen sets. In addition, most of the complexes have:
Sport halls;
spa zone: baths, saunas, hammams;
swimming pools (both indoor and indoor) and so on.
All residents of the complex can use the infrastructure by paying a monthly fixed amount called aidat.

Also on the territory can work beauty salons, shops, cafes and restaurants and much more.

Many elite residential complexes rent beaches for their residents with closed walkways or a shuttle to the sea.
