Daily browsing Instagram and other social networks, I come across pages like: "The best realtor in Alanya", "Real estate expert", "I will help to buy without intermediaries", etc. Having opened these profiles, you understand that these “comrades” are not comrades at all. In Alanya, the best realtors and companies know each other by sight. As a comrade from the countries of the former CIS, living as a tourist, can be the best realtor here, not knowing the laws, language and much more ??? The legislation introduces amendments almost every day, a person who lives here as a tourist who imagines himself to be a realtor not only does not know the updates in the laws, but is generally not in the subject of what is happening in the real estate market. In order to become the best realtor, you first need to work as an employee in a large company for at least several years and make hundreds of sales. The same thing I would like to write about "experts", an expert can call himself a certified specialist working in a company conducting the examination of objects, or an independent expert who has a license.

In Istanbul, the "best realtors and experts who will help you buy without a company" are fighting and very successful, in Alanya, unfortunately, the war is not unfolded in full force, but there are still successes. The Real Estate Agency bears full legal responsibility for the outcome of the transaction, an individual does not bear any responsibility. That is, having bought real estate, no one guarantees you that it is not problematic and there are no encumbrances about which you may not know! Keep this in mind. Also, by choosing a worthy company, you guarantee yourself an after-sales service for life. An individual is absolutely not interested in providing you with after-sales service "thank you"! Buying property abroad is always a risk, so choose a licensed company with a good track record and a lot to lose!

Rules for the import of medicines in the UAE in 2024 

The UAE authorities remind citizens who wish to visit the country of the need to obtain a special permit for carrying certain types of medicines. The new guide, issued in the UAE, is intended for residents, tourists and transit passengers who plan to bring medical drugs into the country. Travelers should carry prescriptions for some medicines and check if they are subject to special control. All UAE residents, tourists and transit passengers are required to have a permit for the importation and storage of controlled and semi-controlled drugs. Class A controlled drugs (CDA) are narcotic and psychotropic drugs that are often used in acute and chronic diseases. Class B (CDb) drugs are semi-controlled. Controlled drugs include strong analgesics (e.g., morphine, codeine, fentanyl), psychoactive drugs (e.g., benzodiazepines, antidepressants, neuroleptics), stimulants (e.g., methylphenidate, amphetamines), sedatives and tranquillizers (for example, barbiturates, some sleeping pills). For the importation of controlled drugs, travellers must obtain prior authorization from Mohap and submit relevant documents in Arabic or English, Including a valid medical prescription and an authenticated certificate or authorization from the competent authority of the country of dispatch. Travellers may import prescription drugs for personal use for a period of no more than three months, provided they have an active medical prescription. The UAE prohibits the importation of unregistered or banned drugs, as well as medicinal herbs that may be authorized in the country of origin. For all other herbal medicines, the import procedure is similar to conventional prescription drugs.

Drilling and research vessels of Turkey

The will in Turkey: important information for foreigners 

If a foreigner wants to leave a will in Turkey, it is important to consider that it must comply with Turkish inheritance law. Turkish law provides for a guaranteed share (saklı pay) for certain categories of heirs, regardless of the contents of the will. Such heirs include children, spouses and parents. Legal heirs not mentioned in the will may apply to the court for their share of the inheritance. Brothers and sisters are not entitled to a guaranteed share. Inheritance in Turkey in the absence of a will 1. If there is a spouse and children: - 1/4 of the estate is received by the spouse - 3/4 is divided between the children. 2.
