WHY TURKEY

WHY TURKEY

June 23, 2021

Of course, most often the decision to move is made in favor of a more stable, reliable, developing state capable of providing a high standard of living and confidence in the future. And, judging by the number of visitors, including from Russia, the Republic of Turkey meets these requirements for many.

Comfortable climate

Turkey has a favorable climate for life. Healing air, sea water, hot sand with pebbles. All these factors together have a powerful healing effect and activate all important processes in the body.

Clean beaches

Turkey ranked 3rd in the international ranking of the best beaches in the world with high water quality. In this ranking, in terms of the number of environmentally friendly beaches, Turkey was second only to Spain (566 beaches) and Greece (487 beaches).

Advanced medicine

Turkish medicine is considered one of the highest quality in the world. This area is actively supported by the state, allocating large funds to improve the quality of medical care. Citizens' right to health care is enshrined in Article 60 of the Turkish Constitution. The state ensures people's access to medical and sanitary and preventive care, as well as builds and operates public hospitals, controls private clinics, regulates the prices of medicines, and so on.

Constantly developing economy

Turkey's economy is one of the fastest growing economies in the world. A diversified economy, a favorable geographic location, a young and cheap labor force, and an influx of foreign investments have made the country's economy one of the strongest in the region.

Favorable real estate prices

It should be said that the Turkish government also stimulates the real estate market - one of the main articles of the economy. Here the VAT rates have been reduced to 8%, and the tax on home purchases is 3%. Banks offer affordable mortgages. All this has made local housing even more affordable. When buying real estate, foreigners receive a residence permit, and if its value is more than $ 250 thousand, then the buyer has the right to obtain Turkish citizenship.

Visa-free regime and transport accessibility

Turkey belongs to the conditionally visa-free countries: for tourists from Russia there is a rule according to which you can stay in the country for 90 days in half a year, a one-time period of stay should not exceed 60 days.

There are many opportunities to get to Turkey: air connections, sea options - a boat or ferry from Russia or Ukraine, by land - from Georgia, Bulgaria, Greece, Iran.

Quality food

Turkey is a real fruit paradise Agriculture in Turkey is one of the main sources of income. Fertile and soft soil allow to grow ecologically clean fruits and vegetables in the South Republic. Turkey is famous for citrus fruits: tangerines, oranges, lemons. Figs, grapes, peaches, pomegranates, apricots, strawberries, watermelons, melons and cherries are grown here. Moreover, you can see for yourself that everything grows well here. Orange and tangerine trees on the streets of the Mediterranean coast are found at every turn. Also, vegetables are grown in Turkey: tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes and much more.
High level of security

Modern Turkey is a prosperous state with a level of security comparable to the quietest cities in Europe. The crime rate is much lower than in Russia, the United States and several Asian countries. Residents of the country are friendly and benevolent, always ready to help, as a rule, they know the basics of English and even Russian, which allows them to quite tolerably communicate with foreigners on everyday topics.
