Amazon Turkey has announced the recruitment of 400 people for the position of warehouse operator in the logistics center in Tuzla, Istanbul. The acceptance of applications through the official website has already begun. Employees are offered: a modern working environment, comprehensive benefits, discounts for employees, additional medical insurance, life insurance against accidents, extended parental leave, training and career opportunities. Staff will also be able to take advantage of free meals, hot drinks and free transportation from certain departure points. The salary is 26.790 liras ($860).

Turkey s state-owned energy company Botas has signed a new long-term contract with France s TotalEnergies for the supply of 16 cargoes of liquefied natural gas (LNG) per year. Turkey's Finance Ministry to Reveal Names of Major Tax Debtors
Finance and Treasury Minister Mehmet Simsek said the names of taxpayers with tax arrears and fines of 5 million lira or more will be made public. Those who do not want to be on the list of "tax debtors" will have to pay off their debts by the end of September 2024. Taxpayers from earthquake-hit areas will be excluded from the measure.
