On August 30, a Victory Day concert was held at the Presidential Complex with the participation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, where the anthem prepared for the 100th anniversary of the Republic was performed for the first time.
The contest for the best anthem was organized by the Communications Department of the President of the Russian Federation and the text written by Ilker Kemurcu was recognized as the best, won first place and was honored to be performed at the Victory Day concert.
By the way, the third place in the contest was won by Mehmet Ibis, a resident of Alanya, assistant director of the Lyceum "15 Temmuz Şehitler Anadolu Lisesi", who was personally awarded by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

The text of the anthem for Victory Day:

"Parlayan yıldızı Anadolu'nun.

Çağlayan sel gibi şanlı ulusun

Türkiye Yüzyılı titretiyor dünyayı

Sarsılmaz bir inançla kalpte tutkusun

Bu toprak bu deniz bu bayrak bizim

Tarihe sığmayan destanlar bizim

Türklüğün yazgısı yazılıyor koynunda

Kalplere kazınmış bu vatan bizim

Yüzyıllarca kutlanacak Cumhuriyetimiz

Her zaman aydınlık mavi göklere uzanacak ellerimiz

Yüzyıllarca kutlanacak Cumhuriyetimiz

Gazi'nin açtığı bu kutlu yolda yürüyeceğiz hepimiz

Özgürlük tutkusu damarlarımda

Çelikten her nefer semalarımda

Sarmaşık dal gibi sarılmışız biz bize

Tek yürek bu millet en zor anında

Düşmanlar bir olsa yağsa göklerden

Denizler köpürse taşsa dağlardan

Kimseye eğmedik boynumuzu eğmeyiz

Kahraman yarattı Türk'ü yaratan

Yüzyıllarca kutlanacak Cumhuriyetimiz

Her zaman aydınlık mavi göklere uzanacak ellerimiz

Yüzyıllarca kutlanacak Cumhuriyetimiz

Gazi'nin açtığı bu kutlu yolda yürüyeceğiz hepimiz."

"The shining star of Anatolia,

Your glorious nation is like a rushing stream.

The age of Turkey makes the world tremble

With passion in its heart and unwavering faith.

This land, this sea, this flag is ours.

The fate of the Turkish people, written in history,

Written in our hearts.

This homeland engraved on our hearts is ours.

Our republic will be glorified for centuries to come,

Our hands will always reach for the blue skies,

Our Republic will be glorified forever,

We will follow this blessed path opened to us by Ataturk.

The passion for freedom is in my veins,

The sky is like a steel shield for me

We are joined together like ivy branches.

This nation with one heart in the most difficult moment.

If enemies were united, if it rained from the sky.

If the seas were foaming and the mountains were falling.

We have not bowed our necks to anyone and we won't.

Ataturk united our heroic people,

Our republic will be glorified for centuries to come.

Our hands will always reach for the blue skies.

Our Republic will be glorified forever.

We will follow this blessed path opened to us by Ataturk."
