First semester vacation:
Nov. 13-17
Jan. 22 to Feb. 2.

The second semester will begin on February 5. Vacations:

June 14 - September 06.

According to the new circular, neither teachers nor students can use cell phones during classes, and parents must now agree in advance with the teacher or principal to come to school.

Despite the fact that school has not yet started, Kadem Ozbay, president of the Education and Science Workers Union, made a statement about the infringement of teachers' rights and insufficient funding for education. Because of this, teachers will hold a strike and a large rally in Ankara on November 25, 2023. Regional protests will also be held in other Turkish cities.
