Grand drone show in Istanbul for the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Turkey

Don't miss it! On October 29, a large-scale colorful show organized by the Turkish Presidential Affairs Office will be held in Istanbul on the shores of the Bosphorus to mark the 100th anniversary of the Turkish Republic. The program of the event includes a laser show and a drone show, which will involve 2023 drones! The celebration will end with a grandiose beautiful fireworks display!

From October 28 to November 3, a special floating platform with LED screens and light music will sail along the Bosphorus Strait to showcase important events and projects related to the history of the Republic. 

Light shows and thematic video installations will also be broadcast in Turkey's historical landmarks: Galata Tower, Taksim Square, Dolmabahce Palace, the ancient city of Ephesus, Cappadocia.

Turkey's Finance Ministry to Reveal Names of Major Tax Debtors

Finance and Treasury Minister Mehmet Simsek said the names of taxpayers with tax arrears and fines of 5 million lira or more will be made public. Those who do not want to be on the list of "tax debtors" will have to pay off their debts by the end of September 2024. Taxpayers from earthquake-hit areas will be excluded from the measure.
