Today, on April 17, the grand opening of a large-scale financial center in Istanbul will take place. The ceremony will be attended by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
The center includes 1.3 million m2 of office space, a congress hall for 2,100 people and a 5-star hotel with 405 rooms, 80 of which are intended for permanent residence. In addition to local and foreign financial organizations, there are trading platforms of world-famous brands of clothing, accessories and jewelry, as well as the best restaurants and cafes. It is planned that about 100 thousand people will visit the new center every day.
"The opening of a new financial center is an important step towards Istanbul becoming one of the financial capitals of the world in the near future," Turkish Finance Minister Noureddin Nebati said.
